Principal’s Desk

Dear Students, Scholars, Faculty Members, Alumni, and Well-Wishers,

It gives me immense pleasure to welcome you to Bombay Physical Culture Association’s College of Physical Education, Wadala, Mumbai, which is built upon a rich legacy of excellence in Physical Education, Sports, Research, and Character Building. Inspired by the visionary leadership of our esteemed founders Padmashri Late Krishnaji Shripad (Bapusaheb) Mhasker, Patrapandit Late Sohiroba Shankar Prabhu, Padmashri Late Bhausaheb Vartak, and Late Baburao Hari Shete (Ex. Mayor of Mumbai). Our institution has remained firm in its commitment to nurturing competent teachers, researchers and sports professionals. Their ideals continue to guide us as we strive for academic excellence and social responsibility. Under the dynamic guidance of our Hon’ble Chairman, Shri Sanjay Baburao Shete, BPCA continues to grow as a centre of quality education, innovation, and holistic development. We are committed to create an environment that promotes knowledge, discipline, leadership, ethics, and lifelong learning. As we move forward, we remain dedicated to accept innovation while preserving the glorious traditions of our institution. I invite every student to make the most of the opportunities available, uphold the values of integrity and excellence, and become representative of physical education and sports.

Dear Students, believe in yourself, embrace curiosity, treat others with kindness, and work hard every single day to reach your full potential. So, give your best effort in class and also on ground. Show respect and care to your friends, teachers and society. Learn from mistakes and keep trying and ask questions and explore new ideas for the humanity. I also extend my sincere gratitude to the founder of BPCA, our Management, Faculty, Staff, Students, Alumni, and Stakeholders for their unwavering support in our journey towards excellence.
